PHProxythemes.com down?

Is there anyone else whose proxy sites are down due to the licensing checks (phpaudit) not working?
I don't check my sites often, just noticed today that they're not working and show the license error.
Colleen sold to SteveAR who sold to someone on SP.

It's my fault for paying for something that depends on another server.

Second time this has happened, first was with tgsw. Guy just got tired of running it and shut down the sever which rendered the program useless.

Did you consider the fact that while it moves it takes time for the DNS to propagate? Anyway, I didn't even know SteveAR sold it, news to me.

propagate smarpagate! That's not the problem.

Here's the response I got from the guy....

Sorry about that. I'm trying to get it fixed, but the username/password he gave me for the ioncube won't work right now. I'm contacting him to see if he gave it to me wrong or something. I don't know how long it will be before it's fixed, but I'm trying to get it back up as soon as possible.

Wow I feel stupid for thinking that phproxythemes was stable enough to be depended on. I wonder if I can still dispute the charge with my cc company, although getting the $8.95 back or whatever it is won't make up for the time it takes to change the templates. What a drag.

Anybody have a solution to bypass the license key check?

Worst purchase I ever did my life, this is the 2nd downtime it looks like I paid 15$ for getting my sites down every month.

Stay away is my advice for anyone who opts to buy it.
