Are you Happy with your promotion so far?

Hmmmmm.. I am happy, but not satisfied. Could have done better, if I had more time and resources

 

My directory is stable and a old 1 year directory with like 1k traffic/day i'm happy with it

 

happy dont know yes doing all possible things for promotion. too excited to see what happens at pr update

 

I think you have done your best, u will definitely get results...

BQTM promotion is going on and on on..

 

Nope..not happy at all...only managed to work up 1k quality backlinks for my dir, could have done sooo much better =/

But hey! its good that its aging atm

Well, without reading the thread, I'd have to say 'No', because I always want more.
Have I done enough to sustain what I have? Yes I believe so
Have I dont enough to possibly move up? Yes, I believe I have

I am very satisfied with the SERPs though. Oh man VERY happy, with what I am seeing. Battling it out and beating dmoz, google and yahoo... ahhh, such a great feeling!!!

I want traffic!!! (organic). I want my 40% of visitors from google to double to 80%.
I want to be everywhere. I need to implement a new system check for editor added sites, so when all of the real work begins... :evil grin:

 

Exactly Mike. - I am experimenting with my directories -not going for SERPs --but PR. Once PR is attained and with little bit of time --One can always optimize.

 

I have to say no, i've not really had the chance to promote my main directory much further, that said i have managed to pick up a few more links so i expect it to rise from its current PR2 but not greatly PR4 if i'm lucky.....

 

what u say with 4 pr6 links and 15 pr5 and 20 pr4 links will get what pr

 

i think just 3 pr6 + a 1 or 2 pr5 links will do the job

 

Not satisfied but just happy, did a few link purchases very late and i just wished i had started earlier...

Not expection any PR magic now, but then one can never say

 

Well I have'nt really done much this round in terms of pr for index-it.net, the site is doing welling just with the current promotions that are being done. I have added more relevant links to point to the site though. Keyword Pages is getting pounded with traffic so I am happy that right now. My focus has changed as far as how I promote the sites, although pr is the main dish I must spend my funds in locations which will produce sales.

 

I just go for deeplinks in blog posts and somehow I start ranking for all kind of terms.

 

lol--So you must been oiling yar Froggy really well. Or is it your BID directory?

 

For some reason the bidding web directory gets traffic and rankings without me even doing anything. Froggy is hard work though.

 

I am happy about the results with my directory just because ... taking into account the time I spent with it ... and the results ... it is something I didn't expected.

I have 3 killer jobs and I am also a student.My free time is almost 0.
I am always so sleeeeeepy and always on the run.My web directory was installed just for fun ... as a test in the begining... and then when I saw that I have 100 registrations per day even if it had PR 0 ... I started to work on it little by little.

And now I have some backlinks ... but not too much.
