    Testing is a very hard job. You might think its just playing games all day, and it is... but its doing things like playing the same segment over and over 30, 40, 50 times to see if you can break it, to document all the bugs. You need to examine every single aspect of what you're doing. A lot of people think testing games is a dream job, but the fact is, it kills your will to play games.

    Playing games "we like" all day would be awesome, not all the games though :).

    I was outsourced to MS sometime ago, not anymore :).. just an ok comp and you can make much more from DP, than what you make frm MS ... trust me on this :D

    what do you guys mean make more from DP, do you mean what you can learn? As in the knowledge available here has potential to make more then what you would for microsoft?

    Two of my closest buddies work there, one as a program manager, another as a sr developer... Cool working environment, they say.. Not as cool as google though. and not as cool as WFH
