Yes definately thats where iTrader fails unless you manually check each one. I've got 100 iTrader and whos to say they wernt all $1 transactions? Generally DP is good if you take precautions, i have had just 1 attempted chargeback in 200 deals. He lost due to digital goods and me providing the URL to where he was selling the item he "didnt receive" from me. I hope your trade turns out ok op, they arnt all like that.
I appreciate it but it's over now. He refused to answer any of my emails and hasn't even corrected his work properly. I gave him a bad iTrader rating and in return, this "designer" has now he has given me a bad iTrader rating. So if someone takes your money here and they don't do the work but keep your money, you look just as bad as he does! How unprofessional is this guy? He uploaded links for people to view the "finished" product to the iTrader comments!!! Yes, a public upload of private work!!! I can't believe he'd want anyone to see how bad his work is and I told him to take it down immediately. If someone is here at digitalpoint I kindly request that they remove the link immediately. Unfortunately right after I pointed out to him that he obviously wasn't paying attention to clear directions and needed to do the work over, he started telling me about how some companies spend millions of dollars on branding. I could hardly believe it. After bidding the project, he felt that he deserved more money before completing it properly - which was just to correct his own mistakes. And if there is any question about whether there are two sides to the story -- then I'll point them to his email where he says that he'll give this project his "personal attention." For all the money he was paid, my project didn't deserve his attention? I hope that others will be spared working the loss of time and money. I'm also hoping that the good folks at digitalpoint will do something. Not fun to have no recourse when someone takes the money and runs... and you get left with a black mark in return.
