Spammers e-mail me and they give a crazy price for my advertised domain!!!

    Hi all,

    I advertised one of my domains for sale, newly I have received an e-mail for asking price for that domain, these are their messages:


    and this is my message sent:

    they replied:
    My domain worth about $800-$1000 (I have already appraisal service for that)

    I replied their messages confirmation... in continue they replied:
    and after that:

    I recently received an e-mail exactly with same contents from my another mail account from another sender!:
    and I sent same recent mail...

    They replied:

    !!!
    What do you think?

    What is their porpose?

    They want you to pay for an appraisal thru a company that they are affiliated with. Once you have paid the appraisal fee then they are no longer interested in buying your domain...and you are out the appraisal fee.

    $15000 is insane price just imaginary number =))

    These are not really spammers but scammers so avoid messages that overprice your domain to drag you pay their own appraisal system
    If there is any serious buyer will pay on his own the appraisal to see how he can proceed

    The system is known and very old to trick domainers

    Tell them that if they are willing to give $15K you will make them a discount $69 to go at sedo and make a premium appraisal there
    also tell them that you don't accept other appraisal systems because there are many scams out there that take the appraisal fee and run and as a serious domainer you don't have time to deal with people they don't respect domain owners

    Lo, it was the most famous domain scam on the internet, it was very successful some months ago, i wonder how they appeared again.
