    Which means basically you run the site only for 6 months.

    Members: 100,195, This Month: 1097 (34%)

    Assuming you have 1340 new member signed up for this month. (34% increased from the last month's figure.)
    Assuming last month you have 1000 member signed up.
    Assuming that in the first 4 month period of Jan, Feb, Mar. and Apri. new sign-ups werer flat , at 1000 new member sign-up each month, then your total 6 month members would only be around 6340. Not the 100,000 member figure as you posted.

    Lets assuming in the fisrt 4 month period from Jan, Feb, Mar, April, each month you signed up 10000, then you will get 40000. Then you six-month signups will be around 42340, (still way lower than the 100,000 figure). This 42340 does not sound logical when considering your site traffic is increasing while the new sign-ups are decreasing significally from 10000 level to 1340 level.

    Have you use any fake forum statistics, there are a few in the market.

    Such as follows, although it is not phpbb forum, but the idea is similar, there will be someone can create fake forum admin statitics to boost alexa ranking.
