About time too! I don't care what the detainees have done, holding someone without trial for 5 years is no kind of justice whatsoever and sets a very dangerous precedent for the future. If the prisoners are thought to be guilty then put them on trial in good time, let the case be heard and deal with each as the facts dictate. There's rumours here in the UK of terror laws being changed to allow police to hold 'suspected terrorists' without charge for an indefinite period of time. Sounds good in theory, would probably be beneficial NOW, but open to so much abuse in the future should someone wish to manipulate the situation.

It's about time this concentration camp was closed. The percentage of prisoners tried and convicted is so low (0% i believe, Though i may be wrong) it's obviously just a holding pen for undesirables. Don't cheer too soon though, You never know who may be the next type of "undesirable" they fill it with.
