Chulium, I think it is normal and human to believe that whatever group you belong to is the best. Whether that is ethnicity, religion or whatever. That being so, racism is usually defined by feeling your race is superior to others. So technically, you might be a racist but so is probably about 98% of the world so I wouldn't sweat it. Your post is truthful, and I agree there is a major double standard.

 

Just because many of our ancestors were racist towards blacks (and other minories) at least in america does not mean that we should have to prepay blacks for the wrongdoing of our parents.

I know a few real "African American" (came from Africa). They are very polite and humble.

Also a few kid from college. Instead of rap, they listen to rock music. One of them is a big fan of NIN and another cover himself with My Chemical Romance gear (i have to agree he looks wried, but that's how he is)

Then i know a tons of ghetto kid since my office is next to one and i hang out with the warehouse guy. It is true that they don't work, pop a baby every years and have no goal in life, but i don't hear them complain..

I just wonder where do i have to go to find those "typical" black guy
