    i think you have modified the adsense code to make this because of this it breaks the adsense tos

    Whats behind the scratched text? The name of the site? Because it would be against the Google AdSense TOS "if" you (the site owner) incentives the users to click on the ads.

    In a direct line, that message it does not incentive users to click on the ads, but, indirectly indeed it does since it says this ad "supports" the people who make games. I believe Google AdSense would find that wrong.

    yes it's site's name (not my site)

    the site is drawing unnatural attention to the ads but it's a big traffic site so G might be OK with it. it's similar to statsounter's "Why free" page or maybe DP's "revenue sharing" link below AdSense

    Yes, breaking TOS, and your blocking of the sites name didn't hide it's identity AT ALL.
