Basically, he's directing his users (or bots) to that website. If you view that sites source code there's a listing of all users who purchased advertising, however all the sites are in a 1pixelx1pixel iframe, so basically nobody is seeing anything on your site.

[EDIT] After catching on, he has now replaced the code, but probably put the same thing onto a different URL. I will know once I analyze my servers traffic logs.

 

Exactly what i thought johnnydorama!!

When i first loaded the URL http://www.nsbcvn.com i saw plenty of URL's loading very fast in the status bar of internet explorer.

Which means this guy has a script that loads all the pages , but theres nothing really to view !! Whats the use of web traffic when visitors cant see your website !!

Before buying the package, I sent him a couple of PM's and he replied very promptly. But to one question, theres a total silence
"Before i pay you, can i know where the traffic comes from?
