    Just a note - I think you'll find the Google toolbar is guessing the PR values of the lower blogs based on the domain PR.

    Even still, I think a service like this offers much better potential value than simply PR purposes, especially as PR is pretty irrelevant in SEO these days anyway. But link locations can be leveraged in other ways. :)
