hi im new to this and i have a myspace resource site what is the best way to get traffic and how? is it possible to earn around 20$/day?
Depends on what kind of site you have. My first suggestion is putting a link to your site in your sig file so every time you make a new post you create a new link. I personally use article marketing as my prime form of building traffic. I write articles related to my niche and submit them to article directories.
Identify your target market and aim for those PEOPLE. Don't just spam myspace because it's your target, you need to market to the audience rather than the object.
When I first started working online with my websites I used Article Marketing and I started a free blog from www.wordpress.com. I also signed up to www.articlemarketer.com so they could submit my articles out for me. I then would post ads on Cragislist and free classified ad sites. Now the key to that is posting ads daily and a lot of them not just 1 or 2. Its a simple fact that those who post more ads will make more money.
Use several traffic sources like Article marketing, directory submission, social bookmarking, link exchange, PPC, advertising etc. Build links with specific search terms to get good ranking and targeted traffic to your website. Good luck
No problem, simply search some myspace threads in these forums and I'm sure you'll find plenty of information. "Provide value" (can be fun, can be free) and "generate buzz" come to my mind first. (Tip: here are some more ideas for getting traffic) Yep.
i know 20$ per day is possible. What you need is definitely a good traffic to your site. i'm talking about more than 5K per day unique.
Are you serious? You're not going to make $20 a day unless you spend a lot to market it. $20 a day is a lot of revenue. What type of ad network are you looking at? G? YPN? AdBrite? etc... You have to get your name out. Start using bots to get friends. Post comments, bulletins, etc... There are some sneaky techniques to raise PR and google results, but it isn't a good thing. Stay away from that stuff, it'll screw you over. What the hell does that have to do with a MySpace resource site? He's not selling anything, and he isn't going to put his templates on Cragslist.
I am not a marketing expert, but recently I got a freelance job posting to blogs. I would put in a certain search phrase using the proper boolean format. Then I would post a relevant message after clicking on a cached message. Not sure why the cache was so important, but I am guessing it is. There are so many ways to generate targeted traffic.
