Just got out of Law school so I am making very big student loan and CC payments. I have the CC paid off but the school loans are still big.

he said he makes money from more then just adsense.. hes g/f also makes money so its not as if he will die from no money.. Probably get his money back in a jiffy.. Person making 17$/hour here only make $2,000 a month.. so even if he does get banned from adsense.. $2,000 is enough.

Wait till thats paid off before you do anything.

I feel like I can get a new full time job pretty easily if this does not work into somthing bigger in 3 or 4 months.

Now see I'm glad I posted that, yet another HUGE bit of info to consider. You're also largely in debt.

To me it's pretty fng shakey to quit a 'law' type job to take something such as web work when you're not solidly into it in the first place, plus having debt on top of that.

I would say a definite NO to be honest, not at this time, you may come out fine but you may also find yourself in a very, very bad situation.

You can not even remotely compare an hourly job wage to what you bring in being self employed, you need to make somewhere in the area of 2x being self employed. You get to deduct stuff, but you also have to pay for your own medical insurance, plus you pay more in taxes and other extras.

I am not using the Law degree. I have been doing web stuff for the last few years. Got into SEO while in law school.

Thats' not the point, it doesn't matter if you're packing meat. You have the degree, you are in debt. But it's pretty obvious no matter what good advice is given you're looking at jumping to do it, well then by all means do it ;)

If thats the case , then I think you should go for it. You already know how to generate 100 a day , why not try to push it to the limit? Replicate that same technique 5 times. I think $500/day would be enough for anyone.

Well i guess if your in the US then you have to pay your own medical garbage.. In Canada its all paid for.. Just don't get hit by a car or get any cancers and you should be good ;)

True depends on where you live, most self employed people do pay more one way or another ;) I heard it's the same for Candians from Canadians who are self employed before..

I need to be earning $300 a day and I need to get to that level in 4 months.

There is no way I can make that happen unless I quit my job I need the time to work on my stuff.

Current job = no free time

Only if it is for precriptions... but anything within the hospital as long as you have your health card is covered..

Maybe a part time job instead?

I wasn't talking about medical, as far as taxes goes...

    Now that is excellent advice.

Dont' get me wrong, if you can do it by all means do it. I for one just turned 30, I've been souly living from my online businesses since I was about 18 or 19, it's all I know. I know full to well about the ups and downs. One year I'll make a killing, the next year I wont even make 1/4. Search engines, the economy, affiliate programs going under and stealing money, etc, etc. I have affiliate programs owing me thousands of dollars, somewhere around 10 of them at least owing me over 1K just at this moment. Shit happens when self employed online, many sit back and make money off adsense and when they are terminated they lose everything. Just make sure you have a backup plan, I'd suggest more than 3 months worth of $$$$ before you attempt it.

It sounds like you know what you are doing and have been successful so far. And taking risks is part of succeeding in business. If you've already got money coming in, then it's just a matter of working harder to increase it. Maybe you can give us some tips :)
