I don't buy Harry being a Horcrux. Apart from anything, it would invalidate the Prophesy. ("one cannot live whillst the other survives"). I could believe that Harry has distant Slytherin ancestry, hence the confusion with the sorting hat, and hsi parceltongue ability. On an unrelated note: I saw a brief trailer for the "Order of the Pheonix" movie last week, and it looked VERY interesting. Meow Purr.

Having Remus and Tonks dying is a possibility, but one of the main trio might get knocked off. If Remus dies and Pettigrew gets apprehended and kissed, the last link to the Marauders ends. If Tonks dies - dunno about the fates of Bellatrix, Narcissa, Draco and Andromeda- the Black Line ends as well. The reason the sorting hat wanted to put him in Slytherin would possibly come from Voldemort's influences, as well his own need to prove himself in the wizarding world. You forget that he was raised by Muggles, and his self esteem was low. If he did end up to of Slytherin ancestry, it would be from his mother's side- the emerald green eyes. But that would most possibly mean that he is a pureblood, and one of the reasons Voldemort chose him was the fact that he was a half blood

Harry was almost! Voldemort's soul is in seven pieces, and there are seven books. What if one piece were hidden in each book? Book 1 = Voldemort is introduced (the last part of his soul in him) Book 2 = Riddle's diary Book 3 = ? ( Im going to be rereading this oen to see if HufflePuff's Cup was in this one! Book 4 = Voldemort's snake, Nagini ( just a guess that its a horcrux) Book 5 = The locket in Sirius's house Book 6 = Marvolo's ring Book 7 = ? If you notice covers on the HP US editions seem to depict a character/creature who dies in the book: Sorcerer's Stone shows a unicorn Chamber of Secrets shows a snake (Basilisk?) and Fawkes (who dies and is reborn) Prisoner of Azkaban had no deaths, but depicts Buckbeak on the cover who was sentenced to death. Goblet of Fire shows Cedric Order of the Phoenix shows Sirius Half-Blood Prince shows Dumbledore ~~~~Deathly Hallows Has Harry and Harry only on the cover!!~~~~~ Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs (aka Lupin, Pettigrew, Black and Potter), the best friends who invented the Marauders Map, listed their names in no particular order. What if it was Ravenclaws Horcrux???? She's in Ravenclaw and she's not that bright! Maybe they are a decedent of Ravenclaw? When I think about the locket with the note, I can’t help thinking that Voldemort planned to have the note inside it. Think about it this way- Dumbledore hasn’t been known to make big mistakes. Ok, I know that Snape could possibly be one big mistake, but other than that we haven’t known of him to make these big mistakes. So, I don’t think it is possible for Dumbledore to have traveled that whole way to get a fake Horcrux. I think that Voldemort put the note into the Horcrux that says that it is fake so if any other people ever find it, they will believe it is fake and not destroy it. This way, it would be more protected, even if people do find it. As for the initials, Voldemort possibly put Regulus’s initials at the end of the note after he killed him so that way people would think that he did it. If this is true, then most wizards and witches would see the note thinking that Voldemort found out that Regulus destroyed the Horcrux and killed him. I think it is possible that Dumbledore found out about the note inside the Horcrux and wanted to destroy it before another wizard or witch found it and didn’t destroy it because they thought it was fake. This theory makes sense to me, but does it make sense to other people? Ginny could also be a Horcrux to explain this theory we have to go back to the end of book 2 when Harry is talking with Tom who says, “So Ginny poured out her soul to me, and her soul happend exaclty what I wanted. I grew stronger and stronger on a diet of her deepest fears, her darkest secrets. I grew powerful, far more powerful than little Miss Weasley. Powerful enough to start feeding Miss Weasley a few of my secrets, to start POURING A LITTLE OF MY SOUL BACK INTO HER.†Now we all know that the diary was a Horcrux and that Tom wanted to resurrect himself by taking away Ginny’s life but the diary was destroyed by Harry and the process never ended, but what if that little part of Tom’s soul is still inside her? Then Harry would have to make a very difficult decision: allow Voldemort to win or kill the girl he loves. If he did kill her then the whole wizard world might turn on him as Harry wouldn’t be able to tell the truth because then everyone would know about the Horcruxes which would, of course, tip Voldemort off that Harry knows about them, making his quest to destroy them even more difficult. I ABSOLUTELY think that its a horrific idea that Harry is a Horcrux! I don't think that Rowling would do that! Also it would have to be on purpose not accidently because when making a Horcrux you have to say a spell so I don't think its possible to make a Horcrux accidently! I do think that a Horcrux is in the Chamber of secrets, Many characters in the books have stated that the safest place to hide something is Hogwarts. Hogwarts is even said to be safer than the vaults of Gringotts, and this is something Tom Riddle would have known. I think it is possible that he wanted to be at Hogwarts not to find something, but to protect one of his Horcruxes that was already there. There is a place in Hogwarts that only he [Tom] can access, and inside is a beast that only he can control. That place is the Chamber of Secrets, and it’s been hidden for over 1,000 years. What better place to hide something than the Chamber of Secrets? I think the name itself is a clue- Chamber of Secrets. Plural; more than one secret. I think Harry will realize this and return to Hogwarts to search the chamber. Harry is also the only parselmouth we know of since Riddle to attend Hogwarts. This would pose a great threat to Voldemort, as the only person who can access the chamber is his enemy. I could go on for ages on this subject! I have a ton of theories that are quite possible... I may post more later on XD
There has been a report about a guy that has hacked Bloomsbury and got the content and posted it on a HACKING SITE. It is all true that he got the information as he has plotted to destroy any earning from the book as everyone knows what happens. I personally don't know what happens cause i could care less. The theory behind horcruxes hasn't been explained properly. Ginny could be a horcrux, but I find that difficult to believe. Living horcruxes might be a bit of an iffy thing...plus if any horcrux can possess another person, voldemort's horcruxes can basically create an army of little voldemorts. The reason why I think Ginny is not one,is the fact that you needed to take the life of another person inorder to make a horcrux. As for RAB,every fanfic writer's version of the seventh book makes him Regulus Black. Since that theory looks so obvious, Rowling must have something else up her sleeve. Somebody like Rookwood- he is an unspeakable, and can retrieve the horcrux- and his first name is augustus. 2 of the three initials work.
Yes that is the only con that I found on the Ginny being a Horcrux theory... but most usually make sense XD

Take it as a compliment. Personally I didn't like the sixth book, but I suppose that was the only way they could have showed Voldemort surviving the rebound killing curse.
I like the 6th book, I think its the 2nd best or best... 6th 4th 5th 3rd 1st 2nd is the order from fav to least fav XD
