The best way is to email them and explain the situation in details. Mention about all your sites and the methods you use to generate traffic and hope for the best.

Perhaps someone else sent illegal traffic to your website, that resulted in invalid clicks. Search the traffic stats and go to the referrers and see if there is some illegal traffic source reffering your site.
And yes as above said, talk to Google.
Good luck and be more careful next time!

The chances you get your account back are very little, when you write your appeal to them ensure it has all the relavent info to explain what caused your invalid clicks, results etc. Be courteous in the email, you might be lucky!

Just e-mail google with all your stats.. If you used adlogger to track your clicks, include stats from that too.

Sending a mail to google would be the best choice now. I dont want to dishearten you but it is supposedly impossible to get it unless you have some hard evidence. However I wish you the best.

And yes please let us know of the reply

From what I know google does not encourage it's clients to use adloger.
I mailed them once about this, and they stated that they don't encourage to use any type of clicks tracking software.
What do you know about this subject?

Contact with adsense team with your real stat of the web.But the recover chance is very low.
Why didn't pay attention to your adsense account frequently. If you have a good look to your account daily you could see those invalid clicks and you could report that situation to
    Regards

Sorry to hear this, if it was a genuine mistake on Google's part. Do you have any screenshots of logs? If so, send an email to google with the supporting evidence.

Yes they don't endorse using anything that changes their code, which adlogger does not do.

I would suggest getting ALL your stats available check them over for any suspicious activity from certain IP's. If you would of had adlogger installed it would have been better, but without it all you can rely on is your website statistics.

Hope you get your account back. I decided a few months ago to get some nice anti virus software, firewall etc that blocks adsense adverts. Its way too easy to click your own ads by mistake, so why not eliminate it happening?
Download Kaspersky Internet Security (free months trial) and then consider paying for it. Kaspersky blocks all google adsense adverts and pop-ups. A small price to pay me thinks, it then makes it 100% impossible for you to click on your own ads.

    Your choice:
    1. Look for alternative. Adbrite, bidvertiser, etc.
    2. Sign up with YPN if you're in US.
    3. Form LLC in US and sign up with YPN program.
    4. Form LLC in US or offshore company and get another adsense account.

Yes that's another choice, create a legitimate business and then register for adsense with it
