    hi
We have a plenty of MP3 offer. We are planning to offer these service free to download from this website. But i have several question in mind...

Is this legal in india to provide such kind of service?
What if we host this website out of india, like Godady.com? and uplaoding file from india... Can this work?
How we should to manage to get this much amount of space...?

Thanks in advace for your help.

no its probably not legal in any country but I really doubt a sting will happen on a small site in India. Depending on how many songs you have and how you are going to set up the site will determine how much space you need.

Just be warned that most web hosts (including godaddy) will drop your account for illegal activity like this.

If you want to host mp3's that *may* be illegal then host in Scandanavia or Far East - not in the US

Hmmm... I highly do not recommend this. Some people who get "around" this offer links to sites to download (so they're like a directory) instead.. hence they're not responsible for the files since they're part of a third party's site.

I don't support pirating at all though

get your own server, a physical server in your possession set it up and run it off that, safest way I am not condoning it though
