see high paying keywords are like mesothelioma, insurance etc but there is no use of making site on this until and unless you have unique matter on the topic. And you have the will to continue this.
Yeah some of the higher paying keywords are "insurance", "mortgage", "credit" and even "DUI lawyers" (must be a lot of americans driving drunk). Your site's content has to reflect what you're trying to advertise. You cannot change your entire website's content to Mortgage and then expect the ads to change right away. Google indexes your website so it knows what your content is about, if they had to re-read your website's content every page load it would take a huge toll on their servers and ads would be slow. There are also ways to "emphasize" certain parts of your webpage and "de-emphasize" parts, so that you can *tell* google which keywords you want to target. But in the end, the best way is to create a website that is aimed to get real traffic and be a REAL website instead of an MFA site, and as long as you can offer a service which relates to high keywords, then kudos to you. Can I suggest you go for high traffic rather than high pay, get your site up with cool content then market and watch it flow
we should have one seperate forum in DP for high paying keywords and high paying clicks discussion and yeah i almost forget another one for " I made $3000 in one day" threads
You'd be better targeting a small niche you know something about or know a writer who knows something about and going for smaller game at first. Nothing is more frustrating than going for huge ones and getting 0 clicks a month.
