This guy (or guys) who beat the passenger to death will be tried and punished for this crime. When stonings/rapes are done in certain other cultures, its excused as an honor killing. Stonings are legitimate punishments in those countries as well. AGS is jumping through huge mental loops by trying to compare actions of a criminal to actions of the state and religion itself.
If you take a closer look at the incidents you will see that the girl was a victim of an accepted culture of stoning. That US killing was a one time incident. You cannot compare the two incidents. That stupid rednecks do not live in a culture where the killing they did is accepted. But of course it proves that you have morons all over the world, but that is nothing new. I wonder how many of the people that participated in the killing of that boy vote on the republican party and how many of them votes on the democrats, that would be interesting to know.
