I posting source URL allways, i hope that is enoght. Can someone rly ban my domain becuse of it? Or can i be google banned? please tell me more about it.
Wait, what? You are blantantly admitting to ripping of other people's content? That's called plagiarism... which, coincedentally enough, is illegal. You're a bit hard to understand so please try to clarify what you are doing if I've jumped to the wrong conclusion. EDIT: Is the website you are referring to the one that's in your recent blog post link? If so I find the following quote from your page very funny: "first of all, you need to write your own posts, don’t copy them from any other web pages" You expect the writers you hire to write original work for you, but you seem to be admitting that you rip content from other websites all the time? What's wrong with you?
You are aggregating content which is similar to what many other sites are guilty of. I wouldn't call it plagiarism, but theft. heheehe
If you're reprinting someone else's work without permission, then no, that isn't allowed and yes, your domain can be banned because of it. What you can do is link to the story, use quotes from it, offer your own commentary on it, or some combination of all.
Can anyone rephrase those DMCA law in simple sentence? So if I see someone quote some sentences from Reuters or link a news to Reuters, Reuters can sue them? Since Reuters say that they dont allow any republication of their material.
As usual people are looking for interesting content, while search engines estimate the unique one. Sometimes I also often find the same content on different sites. Just word by word. But how can i find out which site is the "creator"?
The copyright law makes a provision for fair use of copyrighted materials. It can be argued that quoting a few sentences or linking to a news article is fair use. Of course, Reuters could argue against it. Usually, publications don't sue for copyright infringement when people quote a few sentences, especially when the person quoting gives credit to the original source.
If you rip people’s content off then sooner or later you will get sued, being on internet doesn’t mean what you are doing isn’t stealing.
You are hitting the axe on your own foot. You should be aware that using other peoples property as yours is never accepted. So please remove all that content which does not belong to you or else you may be in serious trouble, some day. Please dont take things lightly and dont follow bad people.Always follow good examples. I hope you understood my point.
