I've PR6 domain with 1 Dmoz Listing + 2 yahoo directory listing and a link from .GOV

What do you think it should be worth it?

217 Backlinks in Google.

 

Also it is a 5 year old domain.

 

Not too much backlinks... but anyway something like $1500 should it be worth.

 

As i'm sure you already know it doesn't matter the quantity of the backlinks but the quality so it's better to have 1 quality PR6 or more link rather than 100 PR0 or PR1

As champ_rock wrote, this is wrong section.

 

Nobody can guarantee that the link will stay forever that's the risk of taking an expired name
If the domain is not developed and active this is something you will never get

As for the wrong section i agree, it belongs to appraisals

just for the domain? no way. unless it's some sort of super fabtabulous word in it's own right. But if that were the case then I doubt you'd be making a big deal out of it's PR

for the domain and site content, maybe but it would depend on the site and revenue.

 

hmm.... Interesting, I wouldnt sell it for anything less than 10K but the problem is What are the gurantees it will stay at a PR6 and the links arent dropped.
