Hi, I am looking for some advise on Adsense Arbitrage, anyone has any good success stories on this business model? Do you think it is still a valid business model now? Thank you. KP
My understanding is that arbitrage (meaning you spend less on the adword ads driving traffic to your site costs than the revenue you get from adsense ads) is OK, as long as your web site follows Google's webmaster quality guidelines. So if you are using scraped content, that can get you banned. If you make a quality web site you should be fine. Jensense has a good post about it: http://www.jensense.com/archives/2007/06/adsense_policy.html
Google sent an email to people, that they did not have "good business model", hence their accounts would be closed... please correct me if I am wrong..
No, you are right. The key is that the people who had their accounts shut down were running dozens (hundreds?) of "made for adsense" sites. Those sites were designed only to generate adsense revenue and did not meet Google's webmaster guidelines. Like I said, you can use a kind of arbitrage business model, but you have to create quality web sites. It's a lot harder to do than it used to be - definitely not easy money.
