    ..to cover my hosting.

I only make 70$/mo while my hosting costs $200+/mo.

My current source of revenue is only Adsense.

I know there's a lot of gurus here so if ya cool fellows can help me out, I'd be very grateful.

My site is about Asian Pop Videos, URL: mazooki.com

    Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing that you are paying for a dedicated server because of all the bandwidth. My suggestion would be to host the videos on YouTube.

Appreciated, but if I were to host my videos on Youtube, all those uploaders and visitors wouldn't be there on my site.

I don't want to spend less, I want to make more, if you know what I mean.

I am in the same boat as you... (but have learnt alot from here, so I'm making the money other ways to cover the costs of the server ;))

I get an error when visiting your site at the moment,

what are your traffic stats? have u tried running CPM networks?

It's fine now I think. My programmer might have been messing with it.

I was thinking of using YPN for my US traffic but never did, what's the Geo-targeting software called?

my thoughts as well... how about switching to a cheaper host?

Or perhaps get somebody to split the dedicated server's hosting fees...?

What is the CTR and the average paid click? If most visitors are from Asia then you might get very low paid clicks. Try to get US visitors to your site.

make premium unique movies that only premium members can see and members need to pay to become premium, or give the premium members more upload space, or more files aloud... ?

Mine is the cheapest hosting plan with hostgator.com

It's doing pretty good I think only that I have gone over the bandwidth limit recently so they charge $2/gb I think.

Besides the expensive hosting issue, what about details like how long has your site been around? What else, besides Adsense, can you do to monetize your site? What are you doing to market your site? What are you doing as far as SEO. (More exposure = more customers = more revenue....if you really have something people want.) I don't understand how you can have a free site with nothing but Adsense as revenue AND expect to make it. Do you realize that the great majority of marketers (upwards of 95%) never cover their expenses and that is why the internet is strewn with "fallout"?

There is cheaper hosting...even with HostGator that you can use, and you have to come up with some other ideas to generate revenue on your site or you will definitely join the fallout.....how about some sort of upgraded pay area since your site is now a free membership site?

Maybe you can consider using AdBrite's InVideo to show ads with the videos giving you a better chance to get clicks; dunno how well InVideo pays though. You can check it out here.
