I like your dynamic layout when resizing the window, but I don't like so many animated pictures, are highly annoying. Also I don't like the white background. Teen users like more aggresive colors.

 

The top orange colors should be light blue and should remove some ads, too much ads can change people's mind of playing those games. But overall, its not bad.

Try with different colors and create a poll on your own site with several screen captures, so your users will tell you their preferred.

The good:

1. Love the amoung of games.
2. Background color and design looks very nice.

The bad:
1. Load time was slow and I have high speed Internet.
2. Felt the home page was cluttered.

 

Could use a better design to make it look a bit more professional.

 

The site looks great as it is, though it could use a bit of futuristic design. Id suggest using bright colours like Orange, Yellow, Lime for the site. The games seem to be a good way of time passing

The home page looks good. It is filled and has a busy design to give every user something to keep busy. I'd suggest you should work on the logo and improve it. This one does not look good.

 

Header area:
- make the reflection's opacity lighter.. it's too dark right now
- adsense ad on the right should blend in with the header's background...

Content area:
- not sure if the blue suits the colorscheme above at all.. either change your header color or the tabs there...

 

I got stuck on a game

It's looking okay.
Small error on the top menu see attachment. (I'm using IE7)
The menu just below the top menu: the hover color orange isn't very well ... change it to a lighter orange, and it'ld be very good!

The ads just below that aren't annoying to me, absolutely not.
There's one problem with your site: I'm whole the time getting pop-ups. Immediatly stop that! It'll keep people away from your site...

At the bottom: the white links aren't very visible. I'ld rather use a dark gray color for them!

On the whole very well. SEO also good! (targetted ads)

with too many animations, you're eyes arent sure where they should go... you should try to have a place you want your visitors to focus on when they first show up...

As for SEO , I have optimized it for the keyword Free Flash Games and It is on the 3rd google page :-D
As for the Pop-ups , I have removed them .
