100,000 Words Of UNIQUE Content, Health Site With Traffic + Rev!

    http://www.healthadel.com, PR4, has roughly 100,000 words of unique content. Traffic is around 300uniques/day mostly SE traffic i think.

    Adsense revenue was around $90/month when i was using adsense on the site, traffic is roughly the same so id imagine the revenue would be also.

    Ive only sold links on the homepage so a buyer could easily sell links sitewide aswell as on individual articles. All articles prior to the last PR update are pr3/4. This could easily mean an extra $xxx/month ontop of the adsense.

    The script (which the license will be transferred to you) cost $280, you can see the features here http://www.interspire.com/articlelive/ it has very easy adsense intergration.

    Ive spent a good amount of money on content (mid xxx) as well as writing some myself. Its also been submitted to most the major directories at a cost of probably around mid xxx aswell.

    Was going to implement affiliate stuff instead but never got around to it yet.
    Thats just a starting bid, escrow is fine and so are those terms, the $90/month was with only ONE 300x250 square on article pages, with other ads sitewide it would be more still.
