Great blog...SEOmoz rocks. Matt Cutts is the head of Google's search spam team and their PR representative in the SEO world. Ok, my picks: SEOmoz Blog Search Engine Land Search Engine Journal SEO Book Stuntdubl Jim Boykin Not necessarily SEO, but great blogs, with applicable info: CopyBlogger ProBlogger
Included to everyone else that listed above, I've really enjoyed Andy Hagan's blog - www.TropicalSEO.com . Also, www.scoreboard-media.com has some excellent posts too.
I think all the above mentioned ones are good (did not go through all though). http://forums.seochat.com/ is a good pick. Basic, easy language.
I don't so much read as listen - http://podcast.neo1seo.com. With guests such as Lee Odden talking I find it much easier to have a podcast running in the background as it allows me to get on with my work whilst I'm listening.
