IS there any tool( automated) wich can check if a site is penalized or can be penalized by google ?

or to see if a site can be banned and what can be the solutions tocome out of that ban ?

If the site is banned it is removed from cache.. you can check it using site:yoursite.com command in google
Rising from dead depends on the reason of the ban...

No such thing...

You can be penalized on just 1 k/w so no tool will be able to messure that.. Your the only tool... know your site, know your links and know your content and yep.. u guessed your know if you have be penalised

there is no tool like that . google algo. is big secret. you can only check that you have been banned or not

 

I was wondering if you can get banned as well because other people copy your content on their websites or blog. Is it possible that google sees this as if you coppied it, and penalizes you for it?

And if so, is there something you can do to prevent this?
