I totally agree, only religious people don't see it that way because they already have the answers they are looking for from thier chosen scriptures.....

 

There are Christians who believe in evolution.

 

Why everyone is talking about religions, islam, christianity..etc???

I am not saying that islam doesn't allow this thing or that thing but here after seeing the video we are just starting to talk about islam, why?

why not talk about humanity, talk about the things that can stop these kind of killings... discuss who can help us un-covering those people who did this... i mean talk about something positive, don't drag each other's religion.

Everyone knows that they are stupid people and what are their thinkings.. so why should keep discussing the same thing again and again... talk about the things that CAN CHANGE it... that WORTHS something.

 

Prolly not, but the political threads rank for all kinds of keywords and get tons of non members looking at them. Many prolly kids. I think they need to see what is really going on, and those discussions are going to help some of them realize what a lot of morons out there make excuses for. The next generation will be well aware of the real dangers in the world and how to pinpoint them. And not play the PC game like the democrats love to do.

It's entirely appropriate, I don't view Christians to be any less confused than Muslims and vice versa, they all believe equally ridiculous stories.

Since you were apparently an eye witness to it all, just tell me what started the big bang and where the first cell came from. You know, the one that turned into monkeys turning into billions and billions of people.

I dont have the answer, nor did I imply as such, what I said is that they are confused, I have no information about how the universe began or what sparked life inside it, but using what we do know about the universe and science, religion has no credibility at all as fact.

I never actually said that I supported the big bang thoery OR the evolution theory ( as a difinitive answer ). You assumed I did because for you it's the only other answer.

Oh yes they do. They have people who make up stories about science and the universe and how logic defies any other type of thinking. Surely, this is confusing to anyone who listens to them?

Just because someone says or even worse, a piece of paper says "I am a scientist" does not mean they are the authority on it. It just means they know more about it than most and "should" be continuing to study it to the end of their life. Most scientists have been wrong at some point tin time about their theories. Some are atheists and some are not. But, it's the atheists that believes in science and not really knowing much about it that confuse people.

The definition of athiest states they do not believe in gods, not that they believe in science over gods.

Furthermore logic is not confusing to a logical mind. The capacity to think logically negates the need to think in any other way.
