In all fairness, every website has the potential to make hundreds per day, it's all about the effort that you put in it, and the amount of time you're willing to spend on a project =). However, if you're making 50 a day with very little traffic, it's likely that you're going to be smart priced, new sites always have "great" earnings, and then they get the special treatment from Google, and that ends quickly. My advice would be to enjoy it while it lasts, unless you're looking more long term, and not some sort of get rich quick scheme =).
The competition is much too fierce. I rarely get any searches to the financial section of my economics site. A lot hard work would have to be done to make up a financial site that yields, maybe.
Everyone is lucky by a way or another If you didn't see a happy day with web mastering yet, then you have to wait more time because someday you are gonna get some light
Correct, all websites do have the potential to make good money, but few are realised because the webmaster picked the wrong niche, or no SEO has been done, or placement/design is bad, or content is poor, or traffic is low. $50 a day with very little traffic? I don't recall saying that. I said it had the 'potential' to make $50 a day once traffic is established. I hope it's not low. I also mentioned smart pricing myself further up the thread. As for 'get rich quick' - of course I'm looking for long term. It might take 3-4 months to build the traffic, then bed in. I'll continue to analyse performance over that time and continue the struggle for improvement. I'm slowly building my portfolio of websites, all different niches, all picking up traffic and kudos. Those that don't perform over a long period will be dropped as I have more ideas. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
Great work, glad you found content. Any type of niche works as long as you get clicks, but do try to create a lot of sites.....
