Oh!, many weeks back, I received this message. But I did not react since : 1)I got this email message on my email account which was not relating to my paypal account. 2) The message was addressed as "Dear Paypal member", instead of having my own name there.
Man this is a very old style and its 100% phishing! Contact PayPal and they will act! Dont click on any links as the other DP member adviced
I always click on the links provided. I then enter a nice username and password for them. I then hope they try to login to my paypal with the fake info I provided. They took a few seconds out of my day to read the email so I took a few seconds out of their day to give them false hopes.

The real paypal will use your name in an email to you. Also paypals site url will have https, where as the fakes are missing the s. Just to be extra safe, always type paypal url manually, about 3 years ago i was once almost caught out by a spoof, opened it on the morning of my birthday, my mind was on other things but luckily i realised what was happening before any damage.
dont get fooled by those phishing sites. they setup those traps to get your paypal login info. report that site to paypal.
You all need to forward such mails to It works and they reply to you. Such mails are phishing mails, don't fall for it. I get 8 to 10 such mails every week.
