Google confused me again...

    Hey all,
Today is a quite strange day for one of my sites, the domain is one year old, have good incoming links, got pr4 last update (I know that traffic and PR are quite different things, so don`t tell me that :D ) traffic from google was growing daily, I`ve overtaken some of quite "strong" competitors in my niche, didn`t use any blackhat seo stuff for promotion, only "white" methods... :) and suddenly, it`s almost zero visitors from google for almost 24 hours. I have checked the site through link:mysite.com, thought the site is banned or something, that`s God it is not: it is 3000 pages in cache, and then in about 2 hours when I checked the site again it`s suddenly almost 6000 pages in google cache... The traffic from google is still very low for now, but how could the quantity of the cached/indexed pages increase so rapidly?

The google-dance has been on for the last few weeks so things are in flux (that's normal, isnt it?) - it's also possible you were connecting to different data-centers, showing different cache results..

My guess is that within a week or so you'll be right back where you were and maybe even better than before..

I think some sort of rollback or dance is going on for certain sites, because after a few fantastic weeks today I have lost over 95% of traffic from google and nothing changed...and I've noticed other people have the same problem today so I think something is up.
