How to get Good Customer feedback?Any share of suggestions/ideas/experience will be highly appreciated
Well, concentrate on quality of the goods and services u produce and sale it into the market to the Customers.Cost effective and quality oriented products are the base of getting good customer products
umm you mean getting testimonial for your site or how to get the good feedback of the customer who using your products? if the latter one, you can send them and email to ask whether they satisfied with the product/service or not and choose the good feedback you got as testimonial on your site.
People will reply if they will, no need to do replies by yourself to get the thread higher in the list. Now, you've already been suggested to simply send emails to your customers. Have you done that? The next thing you can do is simply to have a lottery where you randomly draw prizes for those who give you feedback. You may mention this "survey" in your own website.
