    I am another user who was scammed by SEO GURU...

    I bought 3 sites from them which were supposed to earn $7-10 each day. I only was able to get even one of the sites to actually work on my server. I told them if they could install the sites on my server I would keep the sites, but they didn't want to take the time to do this for me. Anyway we both agreed to a refund of my $499 PayPal payment. I transferred the domain names back the seller over a week ago and still no response. I see they have installed the sites back to there original state on their server. So I returned everything I received and never got a refund. I feel helpless :(

    File a paypal chargeback immediately, if you returned the sites then you are due a refund, just tell paypal you never received anything at all.

    I already filed a complaint with PayPal but they said there is nothing they can do since I did receive a product but it was just not as described. Crazy, huh? Thanks for your help. Any other ideas?

    Unfortunately not, the best route to go down in this situation is to say you never recieved anything at all, then they will refund you. I learned this the hard way, disputed a payment for something not as described, paypal told me they basically didnt care. It happened again, so I told them I received nothing, and got a full refund.

    Well, I tried filing another claim stating I received nothing but it wont allow me to since there is already a case related to the same transaction.

    Once you file once thats it, you cant do it again. If you paid by your credit card via paypal, you can charge back through them directly. If you paid from paypal balance, thats it finished unfortunately :(

    Why have neither you or the other scam victim left iTrader? At the moment he has 100% positive.

    Stop this happening again and leave negatives for this idiot.

    The reason I didn't leave an negative Itrader for SEOGURU is simply that since I contacted him/her about the scam they have not logged on to this account or made any posts so I assumed they had abandoned the account and any would just make a new account.
