I know which one you would make the most money in, probably, but the competition is fierce and your unlikely to make anything except it you have a new concept or a $xxxxx advertising budget.
The best is one which you have knowledge about. . IMO, beauty would do best in earnings. SEO, e-marketing may have decent click values, but a big percentage of users are ad-blind.
Most of those markets are very saturated. I would go with beauty tips (if you can get true quality articles and tips that are unique from other stuff found on the web, you can do fairly well with this niche). Just make sure you're not recycling/rewording what is already out there.
Almost all the niche's you mentioned seems to be good paying but the market is highly saturated and getting traffic would be really difficult for any of the above niche.
In my opinion there seems good scope for On demand media, video, podcasting, music and entertainment and as well innovative merchandising.
those options all seem saturated because of the hyp ein IM communities - I'd try doing your own thing while applying the same basic fundamentals.
