Ad placement question

I have a website http://qyick.com on which I have placed ads in each post as well as the side bar (using widgets), its wordpress.

So on the main page (qyick.com) there are more than 3 ads (due to the number of posts), but if each post is opened separately, there are two ad blocks.

My question is, is this against the adsense TOS?

I only see three ads on page. If you have more yes it is against terms.

It is not against the TOS because you can't display more than 3 ads on a page...google automatically blocks this.....

ranter's right. Google automatically takes off them if there's more than 3 ad blocks on a single page. But I'd suggest you really don't put more than 3 ad code blocks in your HTML. Though Google blocks the extra on the fly, they know it already.

TOS say we can only put 3 ad blocks on page, yes they automatically don't display ads on blocks 4 and other but it is still against TOS

Yeah it's like only 3 ads, if you need help to modify the theme so that 1 ad comes up after the first post only then contact me

It IS against the TOS to have more than three ad blocks in the source code even if its only showing three on the page. I have a forum and I took this up with Google and they told me very specific that it is against the TOS.

Hey I like the ad placement you've got going on. It should generate a higher CTR.

True but there's ways around it :). That's why they mention it inside the TOS I believe.
