What changes should we make?

I feel like it is about time to make some changes to our website www.phppod.com?

What should we change? What can we improve? Your opinion is really greatly appreciated.

For me it looks too much like a standard template, no harm with that but the top
header section is too big

I would have the header section with a logo to the left and create the opportunity of inserting an add on the right

You also have 18000 pages indexed by Google, so I would include a search function on the header part

Your partner sites (which I am guessing are just link exchanges/sold links?) They look too much like sections of the site would separate them from looking like a content area of the site.

Would move the Main Menu so it was left to right horizontal navigation underneath logo etc....

Its graphic heavy would look at what you can do through CSS

I dont like yellow at the best of the times but I would make the blue softer

The footer I would get rid of the curve and the color and have it going straight across. Overall I would just simplify it from graphics to replace the template look, as The "thick" blue gifs surrounding the navigation dont work for me at all

For your header, I would remove the photograph on the right because it doesn't blend in well with the rest of your header's design..

The site's logo could be designed.. perhaps using a white/yellow colorscheme instead of just a white.
