You can request a check from PayPal when you have enough money to be withdrawn. You can check BST section for such exchanges. People always need PayPal for Egold or Egold for PayPal. But as you have low reputation (And lots of scammers on DP these days) so you need to build some rep otherwise it would be real pain in @$s to convert PP to Egold .
