Great design, really like the blue colors not hard on the eyes, just what i like in it very clean design! logo should match the layout overall very nice!
fix the title, add a meta description. colors are nice. you won't get many clicks on the ads on the very bottom.

I meant the meta title (what appears in your browser title bar). SEO it. Use words people will actually search for. Nobody is gonna search for "buildurbody", so don't make that the very first word in the title bar. Maybe put "Build Your Body Forums - Buildurbody.com" or something similar. Get it?

Looks good. The design is nice. The logo is a good logo but you might play with the size / color to make it flow with the site more.
ill change more later, there is posts i cant get to change so that you can view posts without logging in! but look at the bottom
