We have multiple support staff each specialised in certain areas but if there is a server-wide problem then there is an emergency number that you are able to call I believe.

 

Ok thats good to know. And how many clients are you going to host on this shared server, as I see it has 300+ currently which isn't that bad, but how many do you plan to let be hosted here?

Hi, I am new to reseller account. Please help me understand following:

1) I think this account will be active, only till you are registered with Danserv, if yes, please can you let me know when did you register & for what period? If not then will my account still continue on Danserv?
2) Can I sell the webspace too?
3) Can I sell the webspace to user with reseller option too?
4) What is Free Billing System?

 

I forgot to add two more question:

1) On Danserv http://danserv.co.uk/tos.html it is mentioned that "Downloads: In order to maximize uptime on our servers downloads of any kind (media, backups, warez, etc.) Are forbidden on the network"

Does that mean that I won't be able to download my backups?

Does this mean that I can upload adult photos/porn and videos if they are of legal age? If not, then can I just provide the links to videos and photos? If not then can I create a forum of adult stories?

 

No, our TOS state that there shall be no adult content. I am not part of Danserv, Danserv is my provider, I am part of numberonehost.co.uk.
