Is ICO updating the content as discussions are started on Yahoo! Answers or is it only updating a few times a day or is it only updating every few days? Don't count on ICO for support. You can find more help here or other forums via a Google search. Personally, I managed to get mine fixed thanks to itdevil at DP. He seems very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. As soon as ICO was installed at my board, it created 5,000+ posts and 3,000+ members. It has helped as there are more links of my forum that are indexed in search engines, but it does have a few bugs just like any other vbulletin modification. Probably more than you asked for, but just trying to help.
Simply email them and ask them for refund, no support and useless software will be waste of people's time and money, legally they have to pay you back, because they are not standing beyond their software.
