    About 5 that i don't pay anything lol.

    And i always work on my projects alone, i would love to have a partner though but i don't have profits enoght to start actually paying people.

    Well it highly depends on the ammount of members your site has. I start with one other staff member then add one or two every 400 members depending on the ammount of spam.
