    Maybe some will appreciate a splash screen.. but in my case... I prefer not.. cause my internet connection is not so good.

    Try to make a pool.It is interesting to find out... but something tells me that most of the votes will be against the idea.

    It's the usability aspect I don't like, they are often very nice, after all - that's the idea :D But it's one more click to reach the target.

    splash pages have little content, just cr*p with buy now offers and flashy images and offers. little use to users. or googlebot for that matter
