15$ logo contest

Hello

Here s an easy one, look at the template with the following link:

now I need the logo to be replaced, the site will show appartments for rent, no house. I need a logo with the same green and grey colors, keep it simple and make sure it fits in the design

Aw :'( Shame. Whatever, I guess I am out of this competition. Really don't feel like making a new logo . I was quite content with the old one which contained text. Good luck to other contestants.
