He owned a civic /w vtec BTW Honda's do drive nice, I had an Accord for awhile. Just something on the design to me is boxy.
LOL I agree 100% with you there too! I kited out a CRX with a wing west body kit, put a ZC engine under the hood, had some nice 16" rims on it and gave it a black paint job I even drove an hour and a half to pick up molded carpet to replace the interior carpet lol After dropping 8K into the car two summers i got out of it before the frame broke at the rear I learnt my lesson with that car as far as ensuring that things have been undercoated evry winter and that the floor and frame is in great shape Also it was an 88 and this prelude is 2000 In the end I wont bother to do any mods to this car it KICKS ASS already. All I'm going to do is throw on some 18" rims and install a cold air intake.
The car is cool, but dont' you think you should go for something newer? If you buy it now you will have alot of regrets.
Why would I have alot of regrets? 2000 is not that old at all and if the car has been maintained and only driven for 1 out of 6 winter's I dont see what I'd be regreting
Hweheheh the 300M is a beautiful car especially with the HEMI under the hood I used to have a 2004 Dodge RAM HEMI quad cab, box liner, hitch kit, tint all the way around, sliding back window, front gril upgrade That truck TRULY rocked! But nope it's a Honda Prelude for me now days Ill be going to test drive the one I posted about in a couple of hours
Daniel - let me know how you go with the Prelude... I'm looking at purchasing one within the next week or two. There's a black one on sale just down the road from me, fairly cheap too!
I have to agree, we own a honda accord, drives great, little to no maitenance but not exactly what I consider my dream car especially an older model.
Accords are nice cars though. I had one for awhile when one of my other cars was being worked on. It drove very nicely. Would have bought one this last time around, just hung up on the body style.
Very nice Jag indeed col I'll let you know dood! I just got off the phone with her and Ill be going to test drive it in the next hour. Bah that's an accord. I agree they are not all that nice to look at the accords main asset is the engine under the hood. The Prelude looks a hell of alot better than an accord and has the same kick ass 200 HP VTEC engine. No matter what both the Accord and the Prelude kick ass compared to some crap ass mazda piece of trash
