I see one thing missing from the list is domain age. I believe it also plays a major role in competitive serps.

 

I didn't see the discussion the first time, so this was good info for me.

 

Note the article title: The study was looking at page elements.

 

I find this point very interesting. Actually, when you look at WordPress Posts the title's are h2 and not h1.

 

Thanks for this good info. I wasn't aware of the fact that H1 don't count in Google. That's good news, as all my blogs run on wordpress.
