Hi, I pretty new here but I have a problem with a script I bought from another DP member - it doesn't work. It may be something simple but the few people I've paid to look at it haven't sorted it. I've pm'd and emailed the member that sold me the script about 4/5 weeks ago without reply. I paid via paypal and have opened a dispute but got no reply after 10 days so esculated it to a claim - which paypal closed as not a physical product. Have I done the right things? I really want a working script or if not my money back. I notice the member hasn't posted on DP since beginning of May but it says they visited today on their profile! Thanks! ps. I have not yet left itrader feedback.
I guess you should leave an itrader for all to see. But the lack of activity is not a good sign for you. It is for the rest of us if this user is indeed a scammer. Have you tried emailing the user directly?
Is the person somebody with a decent Itrader or reputation ? If he is someone with neither, you might consider your money gone. Leave a negative Itrader, if he cannot offer a possible explanation for not responding. How much was the money involved btw ????
Firstly, I would suggest you that you must always check the sellers credibility by checking onh his post and above all his iTrader rating.Now that you are facing this issue, try to contact him a couple of times, till he reply's to you with an explaination. If nothing works then just treat this situation as a lesson for you to be careful the next time.
I think you should try to contact him again, if you are thinking of putting a negative Itrade then that is where your story will end.
Who is he? Try to contact him again and explain him everything,try to resolve the issue between ur urself.
Thanks everyone for your advice. I would like to try to resolve prior to leaving itrader feedback. By the way the poster has 462 post with 29 positive itrades.
