    Yeah, it definately looks like they're a reseller of Godaddy. Many sites out there having similar interfaces

    Yes it a reseller site of Godaddy. Search Google for cheap domain names and you can see sites offering domains for $1.99 they are all resellers of godaddy.

    No I have seen that even before they started the $1.99 .info domain promotions. Its actually .COMs itself but you get at that price when you order a web hosting or anyother product. Its a catch.

    I'm pretty sure it will be godaddy reseller, if your a godaddy reseller you can change the way the site looks, you can also change some of the interface settings to an extent, so that's perhaps why it seems similar.

    Yep, that's correct. If they didn't have that in place, they'd be losing at least over $4 per sale, as it costs them just over $6 to register a .com
