the person who was selling vcc . made a Mockery of me, as i told him that calm down as soon as i recieved cashout from a site i will pay u .

and he didnot understand what i said he he just pulled my Topic .

and none of them are trying to exchange with me.

DEAL WITH IT DUDE , you tried to pull a fast one , got sussed out , got red repped , and now your trying to show your innocent , your post in the sales thread says it all you tried to rip him off

 

Reading through the pigeon English it looks as if you 'purchased' but didn't have the funds to pay. That's wrong - there's no grey areas.
