    I am a total photoshop noob, but the best i could manage was an OK attempt.

    If i like your design better, i will pay you $20

    Requirements.

    Must contain similar image and text to current logo
    must fit in with the design of current page
    must be same size as current logo

    I reserve the right to not select a winner if i am not happy with the outcome of the contest, and the entrants are unsatisfactory. I also am offering a much higher payout to good designs that come in.

    Here you go, this is my very silver attempt. I think it will work nicely with your website layout. I also made it fade out to black around the edges somewhat, so it will fade nicely into your background.
