Fraud user causing problems to site

I have a fraudulent user who we banned cause he was doing offers with fake info/ stolen cc which one of the networks told us he was doing that.

after we banned him he goes and sign up again with 3 accounts with fake info of ugly words like "fuck dog admin" with different IP's from different ISP's in the USA, nether the less he says he gonna spread us as a cheater on major forums and attack our website.

the necessary steps will be reporting all the ISP's he ever did that fraud actions. what do you think about those steps?

Kind of pointless -- they probably are just the IP's of proxies.

 

Heh, don't sweat it, sounds like free advertising to me. One loser won't ruin your reputation to most people.

 

people will go more to your site now that he is flaming it

 

The best thing to do is to not reply to his emails and to ban all his new accounts and keep banning them and hopefully if he is not that sad he will then eventually go away.
