    Hello,

I just recently launched my site www.WebsiteRibbon.com offering free ribbon creation for websites and blogs. This would be a completely new and creative idea in the field of web designing. I hope to promote it and make it a really trendy addition to a lot of sites improving the design nicely with very little effort.

If you have any suggestions, I would be glad to hear them. Also, if you would be able to post a small review of this ad-free service on your blog, I would be very grateful to you.

    Thanks in advance.

Nice. Did you make the script yourself, or free script, or custom made..?

I think some more selection of BG banners would be good (or pick a colour)

Seen this a few times on web sites. I find them annoying and there is little use besides advertising.

BTW, you may want to use a word filter :p

    Thanks jezzz.

Yes, word filter was a good suggestion. Will try implementing it soon.

More BG? I am not sure... Anyway, any specific colors you think is essential but has been left out?

Not essential colours, but a colour wheel or something, so people can pick a bg colour that is best for them.

I would try using some CSS opacity with it and lower it's opacity and on hover full opacity!this may help a bit with the annoying part!

    Right, here's my honest opinion.

Concept? Pretty cool, very original. Personally, I've never seen one of these before.

Script? Also good, nice and straight forward, easy to use etc.

Design? Bad. I think the ribbons come out looking rather, 'meh'. Having a color wheel as suggested, definitely something to include if you can, instead of having just fixed colors as this would not suit many people.. Also, try and make the design of the ribbons look more professional, I think just having the matte color looks boring and dull, try adding in suttle gradients, ribbon effects etc.

All in all, good work, but don't keep working on it, as there's definitely room for improvement, some of which I've suggested above.

    Thanks!
